Change of mind
If you change your mind on a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within seven calendar days from the day it was delivered to you.
To return an item for refund or exchange:
- The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
- The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return
- Our Customer Service Team will then process your case, and reply your email within 2 days.
Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.
Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to email@example.com. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.
Big & Bulky products cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has been delivered. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if the product is faulty.
