Shipping & Returns Page

Christmas Decor offers shipping to all locations across Australia. Orders placed on weekdays (Monday - Friday) are dispatched within two days, except Victorian public holidays.

You will receive a unique tracking number for each order, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

During peak times, it is advisable to place orders as far in advance as possible because freight carriers do not provide precise delivery time estimates & deliveries can be delayed. 

Missing/Delayed Deliveries

While we take pride in our commitment to processing orders promptly, we must acknowledge that, at times, delivery issues beyond our control can arise with freight carriers.

If your parcel is missing or delayed, we kindly request that you reach out to us at support@christmasdecor.com.au.

 Freight Damage or Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged order or faulty product, kindly send photographs and relevant details to support@christmasdecor.com.au. This will enable us to promptly liaise with the freight carrier or manufacture and arrange for replacements efficiently. 

Returns Due to a Change of Mind

At www.christmasdecorcom.au, we prioritise your confidence in your purchases. If you happen to change your mind about a product, you have the flexibility to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that the refund will cover the item's cost but will not include return freight charges. It's important to be aware that Christmas Decor does not cover return shipping expenses.

For these return requests, the item must remain unused and be returned in its original packaging.

Upon our receipt of the returned items, we will process a full refund for the order's value,

Warranty Claims

At Christmas Decor, we maintain a close relationship with our suppliers to ensure that all our products come with appropriate warranties. To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to support@christmasdecor.com.au.

Include images of the damage in your email to assist us in our assessment. Subsequently, we will reach out to the supplier to facilitate the resolution of your warranty claim.

It's essential to note that we will not provide a refund or replacement for a product that you have purchased and received if, in our reasonable judgment, the product has deteriorated due to normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions, unconventional usage, or inadequate care.
